CyanBreezy has the rights to; post, use for portfolio, etc. on each artwork.

We have the right to refuse any commission that goes against T.O.S or what we find uncomfortable.

We have the artistic freedom to interpret the information that is given by each order. Albeit, with more details, will lead to more promising results on capturing the idea of the client.

In no shape or form, at any point, are you allowed to trace, copy, or remove the watermark; unless for commercial use that has been agreed upon.

We will not start on the commission until a payment has been made.

Payment must be provided before commission starts.

Payments are only accepted through the provided channels that we offer.

Payments not made in 30 days will be considered cancelled, and client will be removed from our waitlist.

Refunds... A refund will be provided if we are; unable to finish the order, have not started, or any breaking of T.O.S.

In the events that a deadline is needed, you MUST specify beforehand. Last minute notice of a deadline will be charged extra, or rejected.

Depending on the complexity, each order has a different time frame; on start to finish. We will state the estimated time period of each order.

Art may be use this for personal use. However, if you plan to use for commercial use, please specify when submitting an order.

During the time of the commission's work in progress, we will be sending updates to you as often we can. Please be patient.

In the first sketch of the order, most revisions can be done. Once sketch is confirmed, only minor revisions can be made. Any major revisions may have an added fee, or rejected.

At the final stage of your order, the commission is completed, no more revisions can be made.
